Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Placid Industries B6-24-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Porter products, including obsoleted and phased-out Powertec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Dell product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Porter such as the 201700SCCM201STP211C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1481011 manufactured by Powertec and we are pleased to be able to service most Powertec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature POWEREDGER300 by Manufacturer Dell as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Power-Volt Brand BVA24CS36T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Powertec such as 4000170150003 equipment made by Powertec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Powertec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Powertec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EPG1318A made by Power as well as the popular 216U3 original spares produced by Powerstat

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0088060019 by Pmi and 4000170150003 spares by Powertec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 82124 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Powerwave.
